💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism as a Nepali-speaking Behavior Technician. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs while supporting families through parent training and translation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with a child using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and translation

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience in early intervention ages 2–6
• CPR certification
• Fluency in Nepali
