You'll establish a transcription workflow across 30+ locales, owning the entire annotator lifecycle from hiring to performance management. You'll partner with engineering to iterate on internal transcription tools and ensure ground truth data integrity.

• Oversee annotator hiring, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Audit annotator work and provide detailed feedback.
• Partner with engineering to improve transcription tools.

📋 Requirements

• Strong project management and operational execution skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams of contractors or annotators.
• Systems-thinking mindset to translate workflows into tooling requirements.
• Extreme attention to detail and high data accuracy standards.
