Description

You will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts for Application Modernization, partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, and Field teams to execute the product vision. Leverage your technical acumen to drive engineering programs, balance hands-on oversight with process-driven operationalization, and build strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development background, preferably with Java web services and relational data modelling/SQL
• Familiar with tools for code analysis, refactoring, and automated testing
• Able to participate in technical design discussions and summarize trade-offs
• Skilled at communicating across diverse engineers and stakeholders
• Hyper-organized and capable of coordinating multiple independent work streams
