Description

You will facilitate remote, telehealth group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients using evidence-based curricula. Your role is to foster engagement, ensure documentation compliance, and collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Proficiency in modalities like DBT, CBT (MI or EMDR certification a plus)
• Skilled in conducting group treatment and engaging clients via telehealth
• Reliable internet and familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and EMR

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual group sessions for youth and young adults using Charlie Health curriculum
• Arrive early and manage group dynamics to encourage participation and camera-on culture
• Complete all onboarding and attend regular supervision and treatment team meetings
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours and complete documentation within 24 hours
• Collaborate with care team (therapists, care coaches, specialists) for coordinated care
