Description

You will design, build, and optimize an AI Voice Agent for patient billing using foundation model APIs and agent SDK platforms. Your work involves prompt engineering, conversation flow design, and context optimization to help patients understand and resolve bills over the phone.

Requirements

• 3+ years in structured product development with frequent releases
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and AI agent frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of scientific method and software engineering
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical builds

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI agent behavior via prompt engineering and conversation flow architecture
• Implement solutions in production code (Python and TypeScript)
• Design experiment plans and iterate based on user feedback
• Analyze unstructured data (call transcripts, logs) to improve agent performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scientists, engineers, designers, product)
