🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to player inquiries via email and social media
• Provide information, advice, and account management
• Handle complaints and ensure issue resolution
• Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

📋 Requirements

• Native Portuguese speaking and writing skills
• Previous experience in a similar customer support role
• Regular practice of online poker or sports betting
• Ability to work rotating shifts (7h-15h, 15h-23h, 23h-7h)
