You'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support at Nebius, providing hands-on assistance for hardware, software, and networking issues in a fully on-site role. Your core impact will be ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations for employees in Tel Aviv. This role stands out for its exposure to cutting-edge AI cloud infrastructure.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for technical assistance via in-person, chat, email, or ticket.
- Log, categorize, and prioritize support requests in the IT ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, and software.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of service desk technical experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications like Slack and Jira.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or comparable service management systems.
- Technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills.
