You will lead our clinic team, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing P&L, and mentoring staff. You'll collaborate with operations to scale processes and ensure excellent client experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing professionals in complex organizations
• Veterinary experience preferred but not required
