Description

You will drive major programs from concept through customer deployment, ensuring scope, timelines, and dependencies are aligned across functions. You'll facilitate communication between Product, Operations, and Engineering, manage program schedules, and implement process improvements to help a rapidly scaling robotics startup succeed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or technical project management in complex hardware/software environments
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary programs with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment lifecycles
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence
