You'll provide production support for Java and Scala backend systems in a remote-first environment. You'll investigate incidents using logs, metrics, and database queries to ensure reliability of API and event-driven architectures.   • Provide technical application support for backend systems and APIs.
  • Investigate production incidents using logs, metrics, and Kafka states.
  • Troubleshoot API integrations, authentication flows, and external platform connectivity.
  • Perform operational checks and remediation following runbooks.
  • Document technical findings and incident summaries.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in application support, production support, or technical operations.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven architectures.

  • Knowledge of Scala and Java backend systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  • Experience with observability tools like Kibana or Grafana.
