You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans as a Hot Topic Sales Associate. Your core impact is helping customers find the merch they love through product knowledge and customer service. You'll also assist with visual merchandising and maintain store standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise products
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
