You'll work closely with Enterprise customers to lead technical implementation, AI integration, and business process design. Your insights will directly shape product improvements and drive customer experience transformation.

  • Provide technical implementation support for Enterprise customers
  • Design AI utilization and CRM operation tailored to customer workflows
  • Integrate with APIs, webhooks, and external systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product, and Engineering

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Enterprise customer-facing experience in SaaS or IT industry
  • Experience structuring customer issues and proposing technical solutions
  • Basic understanding of API and system integration
  • Project management experience with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience implementing Enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or APIs
  • Understanding of CRM/CX/AI domains
