💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end success for complex crewed missions, serving as the primary customer interface. You'll own interface control documents and drive integration across customer hardware, launch providers, and ground systems. This role offers the chance to shape the future of commercial space stations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary customer point of contact
• Own and negotiate Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Lead integration of pressurized payloads and cargo lifecycle
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical program management, or customer-facing mission execution roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with human spaceflight missions (ISS, free flyer, or commercial crew)
• Familiarity with NASA human spaceflight policies and procedures
• Experience leading launch integration campaigns
