🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for regulatory affairs function
• Lead, mentor, and develop Manager of Regulatory Affairs
• Provide final review and approval of marketing and labeling materials
• Oversee product labeling and FDA compliance
• Direct stability testing programs and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive regulatory affairs experience in dietary supplements or pharma
• At least 2+ years in a leadership or people-management capacity
• Deep expertise in FDA regulations (21 CFR 111 and 101) and FTC guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D., RAC certification, or J.D.)
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and claims
