  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing tech companies.
  • 2+ years owning the talent function.
  • Experience owning or leading multi-region recruiting.
  • Proven success recruiting across technical and GTM roles.

  • Experience in UAE market.
  • Exposure to AI tools in recruiting.
  • Strong recruiting analytics and ATS reporting skills.
