You'll own and scale global recruiting strategy as a player-coach in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You'll split time between personally recruiting high-priority roles and driving TA strategy, systems, and outcomes while working closely with leadership.

- Execute global recruiting strategy across technical and GTM roles.
- Personally drive priority hires as a player-coach.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards for pipeline health.
- Drive adoption of AI tools in sourcing and screening.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing tech companies.
- 2+ years owning the talent function.
- Experience owning or leading multi-region recruiting.
- Proven success recruiting across technical and GTM roles.

- Experience in UAE market.
- Exposure to AI tools in recruiting.
- Strong recruiting analytics and ATS reporting skills.
