Description

You will drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption, enhancing user enablement, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction. You'll serve as a strategic technical advisor, helping clients unlock value while supporting renewals and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
• Master Anaplanner certification preferred
• 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or professional services with software adoption track record
• Understanding of complex planning functions and SaaS roles (CSM, TAM, PS)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features
• Partner with CS Business Partners to identify at-risk accounts and design re-engagement strategies
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and enablement sessions
• Develop scalable adoption resources (guides, tutorials, FAQs)
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve adoption strategies
