Description

You will lead the technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts, across the full project lifecycle. Collaborate with leadership to set strategy, grow the practice, and support business development. You'll also mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
• 5+ years of relevant professional services experience.
• Strong understanding of CPM business processes: close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements including implementations and optimization across the full project lifecycle.
• Support business development through demonstrations, proposals, and discovery.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology and identify improvement opportunities.
• Educate audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and technical training.
