💼 About This Role

You'll advise on commercial contracts for Sword Health's UK and European operations, ensuring compliance with UK and EU laws. You'll provide pragmatic legal guidance to stakeholders, helping achieve commercial goals while managing risk. This role offers the opportunity to shape legal processes in a growing health tech company backed by leading investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
• Provide business-focused advice on UK and EU contract law.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and legal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory matters.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
• 5-10 years' post-qualification commercial experience.
• Strong experience negotiating software/SaaS contracts.
• Experience providing in-house legal advice in a startup environment.
