💼 About This Role

You'll lead the manufacturing engineering team for the Barracuda 500 program, overseeing industrialization from prototyping to large-scale production. You'll drive process improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement while setting strategic technical direction. This role includes a 3-month training program in Costa Mesa with housing and transportation provided.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience scaling products from prototype to production
