Description

In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand access to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment. You'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, conduct field visits 4-5 days per week, and collaborate with internal teams to drive meaningful care outcomes.

Requirements

• Based in South Minneapolis / Rochester, MN
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
