Description

You will lead career development training sessions, coach learners on job readiness skills, and manage the learner experience to prepare them for mid-level IT careers. You'll collaborate with instructors and the Talent Solutions team to support learners from training through job placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead career development training sessions using approved curriculum
• Provide professional development coaching on interviewing, resumes, LinkedIn, job search tactics, and workplace success
• Deliver and score Job Readiness Assessments
• Manage multiple classes of 20-40 learners, tracking attendance and performance
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions team and accompany learners to corporate events
