Your work will shape product strategy through user-behavior insights and experimentation. You'll build scalable analytical frameworks and data tools that impact the entire company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and measure key metrics
• Design experiments and extract insights to guide strategy
• Build analytical frameworks and models for Product, Marketing, and Finance
• Develop tools, datasets, and pipelines to make data accessible
• Champion data quality and democratization across the organization

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Analytics or Data Science
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with distributed data systems (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
• Strong grounding in statistical methods and experimentation
