🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own change management strategies for clients
• Lead junior staff, providing coaching and mentorship
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients
• Present work products and facilitate client discussions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technology-related change management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience working in a matrixed environment across multiple teams
• Understanding of cloud technologies
