💼 About This Role

You'll lead advanced mountain biking instruction for female and non-binary campers in an inclusive environment. You'll help girls build skills and confidence through the Girls Shred program at Valmont Bike Park. This role is perfect for passionate riders seeking a rewarding summer job.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead single-sport mountain biking camps for campers.
• Co-lead multi-sport programs as needed.
• Manage risk and teach safe recreation practices.
• Model and guide appropriate behavior and attitudes.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old by start of camp.
• Demonstrated personal or professional mountain biking experience.
• Minimum Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by start of camp.
• Willingness to drive and pass driver training (preferred but not required).

✨ Nice to Have

• 20+ years old with valid driver's license.
• 1+ years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting.
• Specialized certifications like WFA, IMBA/ICP, or teaching license.
