💼 About This Role

You'll define and own Abound's communications strategy from the ground up, shaping how the company shows up to the world. You'll build our media presence, develop employer brand narrative, and create internal communications infrastructure. This is a founding role with genuine ownership and the opportunity to make Abound one of the top 5 most respected fintechs in the UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute end-to-end communications strategy
• Build and own media and PR presence
• Source and manage external agencies or freelancers
• Write and edit across all formats: blog posts, press releases, exec communications

📋 Requirements

• Communications role experience at fintech or financial services
• Track record of building or elevating a brand's communications function
• Exceptional writing skills across different audiences and channels
• Strategic and executional ability to develop and implement plans
