You'll design and build machine learning infrastructure and models at scale, helping teams deliver AI-powered features. You'll impact how customers experience Weave by democratizing access to ML tools. The team is fully remote in India, working with hundreds of millions of daily data records.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop ML infrastructure, tooling, and models
• Build internal platforms to enable AI features
• Consult with teams on ML patterns and tradeoffs
• Build scalable services for data integration and event processing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI
• Experience moving TB-level data or billions of records
• Experience deploying ML-driven B2B multi-tenant applications
• Experience with Python, workflow engines, LLMs, Postgres

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with low latency NLP models at scale
• Experience with real-time audio models and voice use cases
• Experience with Kubernetes and Operator Pattern
