💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting for an AI-driven technology company, owning complex US GAAP topics and audit preparation. You'll partner with executive leadership to build scalable financial infrastructure and drive IPO readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical accounting for US GAAP topics including revenue recognition and equity compensation.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures for audit and SEC readiness.
• Serve as primary accounting lead for external audits and manage auditor relationships.
• Establish scalable financial reporting processes and internal controls frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools to improve accounting research and reporting workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience with deep US GAAP expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 842, and ASC 805.
• Proven experience preparing GAAP financial statements from the ground up.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience within SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology companies.
• Knowledge of IPO readiness, SEC reporting, and internal controls frameworks.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Workiva, or FloQast.
