You'll take ownership of flight hardware from welding through integrated assembly, bridging fabrication and vehicle operations. Your core impact is executing precision assembly, installation, and troubleshooting across structures, avionics, fluids, and test. This role offers a chance to work on Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle at a fast-paced aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own stage hardware from welding through integrated assembly
• Install fluids system hardware including tubing, fittings, valves
• Perform aerospace precision drilling, reaming, and fastening
• Coordinate work across structures, fluids, avionics, and test teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on aerospace or complex mechanical assembly experience
• Experience reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and schematics
• Proficiency with precision drilling, fastening, and hardware installation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams

• Experience with pressure systems or leak testing
• Crane, rigging, forklift, or lift certifications
