At Tellos, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families. You'll have the autonomy to manage your cases as you see best with lower caseloads and stable RBT staff. Full administrative support and Telehealth platform enable you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments including FBAs and skill assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs
• Communicate with team on billing and insurance

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification
• Master's degree
• Must live in South Carolina
• Fluent in Spanish
