You'll work on live trading strategies at a quant-driven proprietary trading firm, optimizing ultra-low-latency systems and translating models into production-grade C++. You'll directly impact trading performance through low-latency architecture design and strategy refactoring. The role offers direct exposure to trading P&L and fast career progression.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Refactor and optimize live trading systems
• Reduce tick-to-trade latency across components
• Design and implement new strategies with performance-first mindset
• Improve research-to-production handoff pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of modern C++ (17/20) in performance-critical systems
• Deep understanding of multithreading & concurrency
• Experience with low-latency architecture design
• Strong quantitative foundation in math, statistics, algorithms

• Experience with networking protocols & exchange connectivity
• Familiarity with distributed systems
• Exposure to cloud environments for research/backtesting
