Description

You will play a critical role in driving demand generation across the APAC region by executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, events, and webinars. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably in IT or software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing events, campaigns, and webinars end-to-end.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Zoom, Jasper, Hubspot).
  • Self-starter with proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events including ABBYY Ascend, 3rd party events, industry tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Manage all event logistics, vendor coordination, speaker coordination, platform setup, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support end-to-end execution of integrated email campaigns, including creating internal campaign briefs and content creation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, process invoices, and track marketing expenses.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance to improve ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including revenue, marketing operations, product marketing, and external agencies.
