💼 About This Role

You'll own HR operations for a complex, high-growth environment at Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud platform. Your core impact is ensuring processes scale rigorously across locations, with a focus on data center and EHS compliance. This role offers the chance to lead global initiatives and drive automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full employee lifecycle for your location: promotions, transfers, terminations.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding for office and data center personnel.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and People Systems as a peer.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to eliminate manual work.
• Ensure data quality and governance in HiBob HRIS.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience.
• At least 2 years at a senior level with full location ownership.
• Deep proficiency with HiBob or equivalent HRIS platform.
• Experience managing multi-country or cross-jurisdictional HR compliance.
