🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic insight into Department of State humanitarian assistance priorities and decision-making.
• Advise on market positioning and client engagement strategies for humanitarian programming.
• Identify and facilitate introductions with key stakeholders during capture and bid phases.
• Validate opportunity parameters and customer needs for specific business opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting U.S. Government programs
• Prior experience with USAID/BHA or State/PRM within the past 3 years (required)
• Deep familiarity with federal humanitarian assistance delivery and crisis-oriented programming (required)
• Current relationships within Department of State or implementors of humanitarian assistance awards (required)
