💼 About This Role

You'll lead revenue forecasting and causal inference projects in a high-growth fintech environment, partnering with Product and Commercial teams to drive GTM strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex models into clear narratives for executives
• Identify revenue levers via exploratory analyses and operationalize insights
• Build and own revenue forecasting and performance dashboards
• Apply causal inference methods like DiD and synthetic control

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience
• Advanced degree in quantitative field (MS/PhD)
• Strong SQL and Python/R proficiency
• Experience with causal inference and forecasting methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Hex or notebook-based tools
• Startup and B2B business model experience
