You'll drive new business development within large enterprise accounts in the Healthcare industry, closing opportunities for Talkdesk's AI-powered CX platform. Your core impact is meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets through strategic value-based selling and managing the full sales cycle. This role stands out with 50%+ travel and an uncapped PTO program.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop new business within large enterprise healthcare accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales process with internal and partner resources
- Build strategic relationships with C-level executives
- Forecast and report accurate pipeline to management
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of direct sales experience exceeding quota in SaaS
- Enterprise software sales experience in healthcare or life sciences
- Strategic value-based selling to C-level and senior management
- 50%+ travel required

- CCaaS knowledge is a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred
