You'll drive new business development within large enterprise accounts in the Healthcare industry, closing opportunities for Talkdesk's AI-powered CX platform. Your core impact is meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets through strategic value-based selling and managing the full sales cycle. This role stands out with 50%+ travel and an uncapped PTO program.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop new business within large enterprise healthcare accounts
  • Manage end-to-end sales process with internal and partner resources
  • Build strategic relationships with C-level executives
  • Forecast and report accurate pipeline to management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct sales experience exceeding quota in SaaS
  • Enterprise software sales experience in healthcare or life sciences
  • Strategic value-based selling to C-level and senior management
  • 50%+ travel required

  • CCaaS knowledge is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred
