🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI solutions across CX tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations and automations using iPaaS platforms.
• Develop internal APIs and scripts to streamline CX workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CX Operations or automation development.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise iPaaS platform like Workato.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building automations.
• Experience with LLM APIs and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
