💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Fundraise Up's Lab, a 0→1 track focused on high-risk product bets. Your core impact is reducing uncertainty through fast experiments, making decisive scale/iterate/kill calls to validate new product opportunities ahead of the roadmap. You'll personally own 1-2 bets while building a repeatable Lab Operating System that compounds learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Lab bet portfolio with clear entry/exit criteria.
• Design and run experiments around riskiest assumptions.
• Synthesize results into go/kill recommendations.
• Build and refine the repeatable Lab Operating System.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in Product with 0→1 track record
• 3+ years managing PMs in player-coach or group lead role
• Hands-on AI experience building prototypes with LLMs/APIs
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng/Design/Analytics and GTM

• Ex-founder with ship/scale/kill story
• Payments, fintech, e-commerce, or nonprofit domain experience
• EU market familiarity (PSD2/SCA) and additional languages
