Description
You will lead revenue enablement strategy and execution across North America and LATAM, driving measurable improvements in sales productivity, win rates, and sales execution through training, coaching, content development, and pre-sales leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales training, or sales leadership
- Experience enabling global teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Track record of measurable impact on win rates, productivity, and ramp time
- Strong content creation skills
- Comfort with Salesforce, Gong, and modern revenue tech stack
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive onboarding for new sales and CS hires and define competency frameworks across roles
- Design and deliver ongoing training on selling skills, discovery, objection handling, pipeline management
- Conduct one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback on rep performance
- Own field-readiness of all sales and CS materials, including battle cards, pitch materials, and objection handling guides
- Build out Gong infrastructure and train reps on email outreach tools, prospecting tools, and Sales Navigator
