You'll match/mix paint color and use water-based paint to paint vehicles inside our paint booths at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer. Your work directly ensures customers receive first-rate cars. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Match and mix paint colors to vehicle specifications
• Apply water-based paint inside paint booths
• Prepare surfaces and perform final sanding
• Operate painting equipment and tools safely

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program participation
