You'll play a critical role in fueling our growth engine by sourcing and qualifying new opportunities for our agentic AI accounting platform. You'll drive outreach across multiple channels and help build a predictable pipeline for our Account Executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels
• Conduct discovery to understand prospect needs and fit for solutions
• Collaborate with Account Executives on smooth lead handoff and progression
• Partner with Marketing on outbound campaigns and targeted programs

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or related sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
