Description

You will lead and scale Chime's organic growth engine across SEO, AEO, YouTube, and owned content surfaces. You'll define where we win, what we say, and how organic content drives measurable business outcomes across acquisition, education, and conversion. You'll partner cross-functionally to build a cohesive, full-funnel content system.

Requirements

• 10+ years in organic growth, SEO, content strategy, or related fields, preferably in-house at a brand
• Deep expertise in modern search ecosystems (SEO, AEO, AI Search, YouTube, App stores)
• Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel content programs tied to business impact
• Strong cross-functional leadership across PMM, Brand, Lifecycle, Paid, and MarTech/Web
• Experience building AI-powered SEO/AEO workflows and content systems

Responsibilities

• Establish processes to embed organic and technical SEO in product and web roadmaps
• Deliver aggressive growth targets across Google Search, AI Answer Engines, Social Video, and Direct
• Own end-to-end organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, YouTube, web and owned channels
• Build and scale a full-funnel content framework tied to business outcomes
• Lead and grow a high-performing team across SEO/AEO and content strategy
