💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution for AI capability development in a global creative studio, designing frameworks and curricula that help teams use generative AI with confidence. Your work will translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance and embed them into everyday workflows. This role is based in India and reports into the innovation team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage a role-based AI learning curriculum across capability levels
• Define and implement an AI adoption framework to track progress and drive improvement
• Create and maintain a library of AI playbooks, guides, and documentation
• Partner with discipline leads and stakeholders to identify capability needs and tailor learning

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes in a creative, marketing, or technology environment
• Deep working knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in marketing and content
• Experience developing frameworks or playbooks for complex technical subjects
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear language for diverse audiences
