💼 About This Role
You'll lead and develop a team of 7 Customer Success Managers at MedScout, a MedTech revenue acceleration platform. Your impact will be building a high-performing team that drives customer value and renewals. This is your chance to shape the CS function from the ground up.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop 7 CSMs through 1:1s and reviews
- Enable CSMs to run strategic QBRs and champion development
- Identify capacity issues and partner cross-functionally
- Own CS operations including workflows, playbooks, and forecasting
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing Customer Success or similar teams
- Experience in vertical SaaS
- Track record of driving customer value as strategic partner
- Proven ability to build or improve CS processes and playbooks
✨ Nice to Have
- Healthcare, life sciences, or medical device experience
- Experience with Vitally or similar CS platforms
