💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a team of 7 Customer Success Managers at MedScout, a MedTech revenue acceleration platform. Your impact will be building a high-performing team that drives customer value and renewals. This is your chance to shape the CS function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, and develop 7 CSMs through 1:1s and reviews
  • Enable CSMs to run strategic QBRs and champion development
  • Identify capacity issues and partner cross-functionally
  • Own CS operations including workflows, playbooks, and forecasting

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing Customer Success or similar teams
  • Experience in vertical SaaS
  • Track record of driving customer value as strategic partner
  • Proven ability to build or improve CS processes and playbooks

✨ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, life sciences, or medical device experience
  • Experience with Vitally or similar CS platforms
