💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Scribe's first AI Solutions Engineer, bridging deal closure and delivery for our Workflow AI product. In partnership with Sales and CS, you'll earn trust with F1000 executives through technical discovery and design groundbreaking Proof of Concepts. This founding role will define how Scribe wins on its most strategic product, building the playbook from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical layer of enterprise deals from discovery through close
• Execute Scribe Optimize POCs to demonstrate immediate value
• Build ROI narratives grounded in workflow data
• Develop repeatable playbooks for pre-sales and POC execution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar role at high-growth SaaS company
• AI fluency with understanding of LLM architecture and prompt design
• Experience with enterprise workflows and tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP
• Comfortable working directly with AI/ML Engineering teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with process mining tools like Celonis or UiPath Process Mining
• Background in management consulting or business process improvement
• Prior experience in a founding role at a high-growth SaaS company
