💼 About This Role

You'll steward Telix's sustainability function as a regulated, board‑accountable disclosure program, ensuring compliance with mandatory climate reporting standards including AASB S2. You'll drive cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Risk, and Operations, and translate regulatory requirements into clear, defensible disclosures for senior management and the Board. This global role offers direct ELT and Board interaction and the chance to build a durable program from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Steward the Board-approved sustainability strategy and ensure consistent execution
• Own and deliver Telix's annual climate and sustainability reporting cycle
• Lead development and continuous improvement of Scope 3 GHG inventory
• Chair cross-functional sustainability working group

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in environmental management or sustainability roles globally
• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science or related field
• 5+ years in a highly regulated, global manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of AASB S2, ISSB/IFRS sustainability standards
