🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Honda's mobile companion app.
• Drive customer-centric innovation using data, user research, and technical insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Japan and US to align priorities and deliver global solutions.
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing product management team.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing hardware-integrated services.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading product teams.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, mobile development (iOS/Android), and data-driven optimizations.
• Experience in both large multi-regional corporations and startups.

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese.
• Experience in the automotive or similar industry.
