💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily operations and a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your core impact will be maintaining a culture of continuous improvement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work across day and night shifts at a high-volume vehicle reconditioning center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive reconditioning.
• Six Sigma or other process improvement certification.
• Bilingual skills.
