You'll own a product area at the frontier of AI, reinventing customer support by empowering Care teams with AI agents that automate conversations. You'll shape the next generation of AI customer support, building tooling for configuring, testing, and monitoring AI agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI customer support
• Work with designers, engineers, and ops to implement product
• Partner with sales, customer care, and insurance teams
• Stay at forefront of AI progress and translate into product impact

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in product management
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience building AI products or strong willingness to learn
• Strong product execution skills with measurable goals

• Experience with LLM-based systems in production
