🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers
• Design and build scalable backend services in Go
• Architect distributed systems for high throughput and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend, platform, autonomy, and embedded teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend or distributed systems engineering
• Strong expertise in Go and highly concurrent systems
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in IoT, robotics, or distributed hardware
• Strong networking fundamentals and debugging experience
• Experience with AWS or cloud-based infrastructure
