Requirements

• Active unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause and menopause with personalized care
• Conduct virtual patient-facing appointments
• Prescribe hormonal therapy and medications as indicated
• Utilize evidence-based clinical pathways
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders
